Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026-2030 strategic innovation framework using foresight methodologies and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop disruptive product roadmaps for emerging markets
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market disruption analysis across 15+ industries
- Partner with R&D to commercialize breakthrough technologies in quantum and bio-convergence
- Present strategic recommendations to the board with data-backed ROI projections
- Mentor junior futurists and build the next generation of innovation talent
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching products/services with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Futures Studies, or relevant technical field
