Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities through 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for future-proofing enterprise operations and product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable plans
- Author thought leadership publications and predictive models for industry stakeholders
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype future-state solutions using emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and external partners
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis with published work
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state implementations
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Experience building innovation ecosystems within large organizations
