Responsibilities

- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and scenario-planning models for C-suite decision-making

- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an innovation culture
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, technology consulting, or corporate foresight
- Proven track record translating emerging tech trends into business strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing applications, or synthetic biology
- Certification in futures studies (e.g., CFCS) or advanced degree in relevant field
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology or business journals
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and strategic foresight tools
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation initiatives with measurable impact
