Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology/Engineering/Business or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in innovation strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in futures thinking and scenario planning
- Strong data analytics and strategic modeling skills
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CIMP, CEIM)
- Experience with venture capital ecosystem
