- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design and launch experimental innovation labs with $2M+ annual budgets
- Present strategic foresight frameworks to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Mentor innovation specialists in future-proof methodologies and speculative design
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes affecting emerging tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership with proven impact on future-facing initiatives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or equivalent certification (e.g., CFIP)
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: generative AI, quantum computing, or neurotech
- Track record of launching at least two industry-disrupting products or services
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi technique, horizon scanning)
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to Fortune 500 boards
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ strategic frameworks or innovation roadmaps
