- Present executive-level strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders
- Build and manage a high-performing innovation lab with $15M+ annual budget
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track progress against strategic milestones
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership within tech/biotech sector
- Proven track record of executing multi-year transformational strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
