Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, R&D leadership, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products/services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping environments
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-state strategic projects or thought leadership
