Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Neuroscience (or equivalent breakthrough portfolio)

- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant algorithms
- Proven track record shipping production quantum AI systems
- Mastery of Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
