Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for 2026-era computational challenges
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI-quantum hybrid systems
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Collaborate with academic partners on 5-year research roadmaps
- Secure patents for novel quantum neural network architectures
- Present findings at IEEE Quantum Week and ACM conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum algorithms
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch for AI model development
- Experience with superconducting qubit platforms or ion trap systems
- Track record of securing $1M+ in research grants
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
