- Market Trend Analysis: Monitor global economic and technological trends to forecast disruptions and opportunities in the tech landscape.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex strategic data into compelling narratives for C-suite executives and board members.
- Operational Transformation: Lead the transition of legacy systems into scalable, future-proof infrastructure.
- Talent Development: Build and mentor a high-performing team focused on forward-thinking solutions.
Qualifications
- Strategic Leadership: Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic planning, corporate development, or innovation management.
- Education: MBA or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Forward-Thinking Mindset: Proven ability to think 5-10 years ahead with a deep understanding of emerging tech trends (AI, Quantum, Automation).
- Data Fluency: Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership.
- Agile Experience: Experience managing large-scale organizational change or transformation projects.
