Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 technology and market trend forecasts using predictive analytics and scenario planning methodologies
- Produce strategic foresight reports and executive briefings on disruptive innovations and paradigm shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready organizational capabilities
- Design and implement horizon scanning frameworks to identify emerging threats and opportunities
- Partner with product teams to integrate future insights into 5-year R&D roadmaps
- Represent the organization at global futurism forums and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 5+ years of experience
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience leading strategic initiatives in Fortune 500 or tech scale-up environments
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
