- Author annual 'Future State' reports for executive board and investor presentations

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, corporate innovation, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized initiatives
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Exceptional data storytelling with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or business strategy publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-oriented projects with measurable impact
