Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight models using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in emerging markets
- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Report' synthesizing geopolitical, technological, and sociocultural shifts
- Design innovation frameworks for Fortune 500 clients adapting to post-2025 workforce dynamics
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Stanford HAI on next-generation human-AI symbiosis research
- Present findings to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Computational Social Science
- 5+ years in strategic foresight with Fortune 100 or government innovation labs
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals on technological forecasting
- Proficiency in Python/R for trend modeling and simulation tools
- Experience advising UN/G7 on sustainable development frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented future-proofing initiatives
