Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and market disruptions to forecast 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product development, market entry, and innovation pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future insights into organizational strategy
- Conduct competitive intelligence and risk assessment for emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on future-facing business models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or Business Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting technology adoption curves and market disruptions
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, clean energy)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio of published future-strategy work or validated foresight projects
