- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proof initiatives
- Author annual '2026 Horizon Scan' reports with predictive insights
- Design and implement early-warning systems for emerging disruptions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive boards and industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning or trend forecasting
- Proven expertise in scenario modeling and predictive analytics
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects delivered
