- Partner with R&D to integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, bioengineering) into product roadmaps
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Monitor strategy implementation effectiveness and adapt frameworks based on evolving data
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Innovation, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record developing and implementing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios to diverse stakeholders
- Experience scaling organizations through technological and market transformation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (preferred)
