- Establish cross-functional innovation pipelines connecting emerging technologies with commercial opportunities
- Author quarterly strategic briefings on '2026 Readiness' for board and investor communications
- Manage relationships with futurist research networks, academic institutions, and think tanks
- Design and execute horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging paradigms
- Translate complex future projections into strategic roadmaps with measurable KPIs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-range strategic frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (e.g., from AC/FS or WFS)
