Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 10-year strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-disciplinary research on quantum computing, AGI, and climate tech convergence
- Produce quarterly '2026 Horizon Reports' with data-driven trend analysis
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and innovation strategy
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business roadmaps
- Author thought leadership pieces on emerging societal and technological paradigms
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced foresight methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy
- Published portfolio in peer-reviewed futures journals or top-tier industry publications
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and cross-impact matrix analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, energy)
- Exceptional data visualization and narrative storytelling abilities
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic positioning
- Fluency in at least two major languages beyond English
