Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision priorities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Identify disruptive threats and opportunities through competitive intelligence and horizon scanning
- Champion future-ready capabilities across organizational transformation initiatives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend synthesis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy preferred
