Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
- Produce actionable whitepapers on emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Partner with R&D to align innovation pipelines with future market demands
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven storytelling
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic shifts affecting 2026 business landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains: AI ethics, climate tech, or biotech convergence
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Exceptional data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI) and scenario modeling expertise
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight (journals/conferences)
- Fluency in futures methodologies: Delphi, Horizon Scanning, or Cross-Impact Matrix
