Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, socio-political, and economic domains to identify 2026-2030 inflection points
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks including scenario planning and impact assessments
- Design and facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision priorities
- Produce actionable foresight reports and executive briefings translating complex data into strategic directives
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Integrate foresight insights into product roadmaps, innovation pipelines, and market entry strategies
- Champion future-ready culture through internal education and thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term transformation strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis software
- Published thought leadership in futures/innovation publications or platforms
- Experience working with emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal implications
