Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Foresight Framework using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 market gaps
- Author quarterly 'Horizon Reports' quantifying emerging tech impacts on business models
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing, bio-AGI, and decentralized ecosystem pioneers
- Present future-vision briefings to board members and investor stakeholders
- Design and execute organizational readiness programs for 2026 workforce transformation
- Mentor a team of future strategists through Horizon Dynamics' 'NextGen Leaders' initiative
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused executive leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, Web3, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership on 2020s paradigm shifts (Harvard Business Review/MIT Sloan preferred)
- Advanced certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight from recognized institutions

- Portfolio demonstrating successful transformation of legacy business models for future markets
