- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term business adaptation
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on future-proofing initiatives
- Author predictive white papers and thought leadership content for industry forums
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor geopolitical and environmental shifts affecting global business landscapes
- Design innovation roadmaps for product development teams
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of predictive modeling for disruptive technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech and academic circles
- Published work on technological singularity or human-machine evolution
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SSC preferred)
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and AI-driven trend analysis
