Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and market inflection points
- Build predictive models simulating global economic and technological scenarios through 2030
- Partner with C-suite executives to align long-term R&D investments with future market demands
- Author white papers and thought leadership on future-proofing organizational resilience
- Manage horizon scanning ecosystem including academic partnerships and startup incubations
- Design agile frameworks for rapid pivoting based on emerging data signals
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Strategic Foresight (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or tech disruptor experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data visualization skills using tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
