Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up tech
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Backcasting)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (2018-2023)
- Certification in AI ethics or sustainable technology (e.g., Green Belt)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ published trend forecasts with measurable impact
