Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing multi-year future scenarios for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning methodologies
