Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026+ strategic roadmaps using horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies with transformative potential (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Produce quarterly trend reports with actionable insights for executive leadership
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops to embed foresight into product development cycles
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Develop KPIs to track strategic initiatives' impact on market positioning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning tools
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-suite executives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
