Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate adaptation) and synthesize actionable strategic frameworks
- Develop horizon-scanning methodologies to identify emerging threats and opportunities in 2026+ landscapes
- Lead cross-functional scenario-planning workshops with executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Author forward-looking white papers and influence corporate strategy through evidence-based forecasting
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track organizational adaptation to paradigm shifts
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and shape industry discourse on 2026 trajectories
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative/qualitative field
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and strategic roadmapping methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic frameworks
