Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain predictive models for 2026 technology and societal shifts
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Design strategic roadmaps for 5-year product and service innovation
- Present insights to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven narratives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic and industry research institutions
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging paradigm shifts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their implications
- Exceptional data visualization and narrative storytelling skills
- Certification in Futures Studies or related preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects
