Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive strategic foresight framework for 2026+ market evolution
- Analyze disruptive technologies, geopolitical shifts, and socio-cultural trends to identify strategic opportunities
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership teams
- Create quantitative models to forecast industry transformation and competitive landscapes
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate future insights into product development pipelines
- Publish thought leadership pieces on emerging future paradigms
- Mentor junior futurists and build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field with 7+ years applied experience
- Proven track record developing organizational futures roadmaps beyond 5-year horizons
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders across global markets
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementations
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
