Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 strategic foresight frameworks by analyzing megatrends in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for disruptive market shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author thought leadership reports on 2026 industry evolution
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate foresight insights into product roadmaps and investment strategies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published research or thought leadership on future trends
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or Foresight Practitioner)
