- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on future-of-work and digital transformation
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Present strategic recommendations to executive boards and investor forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of publishing forward-looking research (peer-reviewed journals or industry reports)
- Expertise in scenario modeling, horizon scanning, and causal layered analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight academy)
