Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 strategic innovation roadmap, identifying paradigm-shifting opportunities across emerging tech domains
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, biotech convergence, and next-gen AI systems
- Develop future-proof frameworks for ethical technology deployment and regulatory compliance
- Pioneer industry-first partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation labs
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Mentor elite innovation teams while fostering a culture of calculated risk-taking
- Present visionary strategies to C-suite executives and board members with executive-level polish
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging technology innovation at Fortune 500 level
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with 3+ years of future-tech roadmap execution
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic AI, or climate tech
- Executive-level communication skills with demonstrated success influencing C-suite decisions
- Advanced degree in Strategic Futures, Technology Management, or equivalent field (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Portfolio of implemented innovations generating $50M+ in revenue or societal impact
