Responsibilities
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams in developing 2026+ scenario models and predictive frameworks
- Identify and quantify emerging technological, social, and economic disruptions with 18-24 month horizons
- Translate foresight into strategic roadmaps that inform R&D investments and market entry
- Present findings to C-suite executives and board members through data-driven narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Oversee the creation of annual 'Horizon Reports' synthesizing signals across 15+ industries
- Mentor junior futurists and establish quantitative methodologies for trend validation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or advanced market research
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial strategy
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and quantitative forecasting models
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist publications
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex strategic pivots
