As a key member of our executive leadership team, you'll collaborate with global partners, emerging tech incubators, and academic institutions to shape our 2026+ vision. You'll lead scenario planning, horizon scanning, and innovation pipeline development while mentoring a team of futurists and strategists.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic roadmaps incorporating AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and future-focused organizations
- Present strategic forecasts to C-suite executives and board members
- Design and implement horizon scanning methodologies for emerging technologies
- Mentor a team of futurists and junior strategists
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing long-term (5+ year) strategic frameworks
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, biotech, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and stakeholder audiences
