- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for high-impact business decisions with 10-year horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on 2026-2030 strategic priorities
- Produce annual Horizon Scenarios Report with quantifiable impact projections
- Advose executive leadership on emerging risks and exponential growth vectors
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts in advanced forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Technology, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or patented innovations
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale organizations
