- Architect multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ horizon
- Analyze disruptive technologies and societal shifts using predictive analytics
- Develop scenario-based models for market evolution and competitive positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and mentor a high-performing futurist innovation team
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy
- Proven track record developing 5+ year horizon strategic plans
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Proficiency in predictive modeling tools (e.g., Palisade @RISK, TrendHunter)
- Exceptional communication with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., APF, CSO) preferred
