Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology and market trend analysis frameworks using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in emerging markets
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on future industry transformations
- Advose on R&D portfolio allocation for 2026-2030 innovation pipeline
- Establish KPIs to track foresight accuracy and strategic impact
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field required
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Exceptional data storytelling capabilities with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurism journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
