The Role
In this senior leadership position, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution required to achieve our ambitious 2026 targets. You will act as the primary bridge between our technical visionaries and our business stakeholders, ensuring alignment across all departments.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 business roadmap, identifying key milestones and success metrics.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging market trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to inform decision-making.
- Stakeholder Management: Orchestrate communication between executive leadership, product teams, and external partners to ensure unified strategic vision.
- Operational Excellence: Optimize internal processes and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and drive scalable growth.
- Financial Planning: Lead annual and quarterly budget reviews, ensuring capital is deployed effectively to support strategic initiatives.
- Talent Development: Mentor high-potential leaders and build a resilient organizational structure capable of navigating the challenges of the next decade.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or Masterās degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining and executing long-term strategies that deliver measurable business results.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences, including C-suite executives and technical teams.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and pivot strategies based on market feedback.
- Tools: Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira).
