Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end innovation lifecycle from concept validation to commercial deployment for 2026+ initiatives
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable energy solutions
- Manage $50M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build and lead high-performing multidisciplinary teams across engineering, design, and business domains
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic frameworks to investors and board members driving $500M+ funding rounds
Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record scaling ventures from prototype to $100M+ revenue
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for next-gen technologies (AI ethics, carbon credits, etc.)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technological disruption
- Experience securing federal/state grants for sustainable innovation projects
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP) or equivalent
