- Lead cross-functional teams in building prototype solutions for emerging markets
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Present strategic vision to investors and board members with compelling data narratives
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with rigorous ROI analysis
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Drive organizational culture change to embed innovation across all departments
Qualifications
- 15+ years in product/innovation leadership with 5+ years in strategic planning
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products (2020-2025)
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, or biotech integration
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ members
- Published thought leadership in innovation or strategy journals
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and strategic frameworks
