- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and innovation accelerators
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Mentor emerging talent in future-focused methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex trends into actionable strategies
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Executive presence with ability to influence stakeholders across technical and business domains
- Advanced degree in relevant field (preferred) or equivalent industry certifications
