Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, identifying high-impact opportunities across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing MVPs for next-gen products and services
- Establish strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Develop and present innovation business cases to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive organizational culture change to embed agile innovation methodologies
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 15+ years experience in strategic innovation or R&D leadership within tech or Fortune 500
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products (3+ case studies required)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with executive presence
- Deep understanding of global innovation ecosystems and regulatory landscapes
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks (e.g., Stage-Gate, Design Thinking, Blue Ocean Strategy)
- Fluency in data-driven decision-making and scenario planning methodologies
