Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end innovation lifecycle from ideation to market launch for 2026-vision projects
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 5-10 year market transformations
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with corporate vision
- Build and nurture an internal innovation ecosystem with startup partnerships and academic alliances
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Mentor innovation teams in design thinking and agile methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, sustainable tech)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Innovation Management; PhD preferred
- Experience with scenario planning, trend analysis, and futures research methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex visions to diverse audiences
- Certification in innovation management or strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, CPSM)
- Portfolio of successful innovation initiatives with measurable impact
