Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and executing 2026 sustainability innovation roadmap
- Identify emerging climate tech opportunities (carbon capture, regenerative agriculture, green hydrogen)
- Drive R&D for next-generation sustainable materials and energy systems
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement ESG transformation projects
- Secure $50M+ in innovation grants and impact investment
- Present findings at global sustainability forums (COP30, World Economic Forum)
- Mentor next-gen sustainability innovators through our fellowship program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in sustainability/ESG with 5+ years in executive leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Environmental Science, Climate Tech, or Sustainable Engineering
- Proven track record scaling climate startups or corporate innovation programs
- Expertise in circular economy principles and lifecycle analysis
- Deep network in policy, VC, and Fortune 500 sustainability circles
- Certifications: LEED AP, SAI Global, or B Corp leadership
- Published research in peer-reviewed climate science journals
