Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy spanning 2024-2026 with clear milestones

- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers for cutting-edge research
- Create competitive analysis frameworks for 2026 tech landscape positioning
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Oversee innovation pipeline from conceptualization to pilot implementation
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with exposure to 2020+ tech trends
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or neurotech
- Proven track record of delivering technology roadmaps with 5+ year horizons
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences

- Experience scaling innovative solutions from prototype to enterprise deployment
