Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype systems for 2026 deployment
- Develop patentable solutions in quantum-AI hybrid architectures
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with academic institutions to establish 2026 research initiatives
- Drive innovation sprints focused on carbon-negative tech solutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 5+ years R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum or AI systems (post-2020)
- Experience with generative AI and quantum computing frameworks
- Portfolio of deployed systems influencing $100M+ markets
- Deep understanding of tech ethics and sustainable development principles
- Track record of securing $10M+ in innovation grants
