Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year impact
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and biometric integration systems
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing development methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Cognitive Engineering with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
