Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning research for emerging technologies impacting 2026-2030 business landscapes
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in AI, biotech, and quantum domains
- Conduct scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives on future market disruptions
- Author thought leadership reports published in Forbes, WIRED, and MIT Technology Review
- Build and maintain a global network of academic researchers and industry pioneers
- Advolve product development teams on future tech integration opportunities
- Present at major conferences like CES, Web Summit, and Davos
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of published technology trend analysis (portfolio required)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Strong proficiency in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Network connections with top-tier research institutions and VCs
- Fluency in English and at least one additional language (Mandarin, Japanese, or German preferred)
