Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps focusing on AI ethics, quantum integration, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions (e.g., neural interfaces, climate-positive AI)
- Partner with policy experts to shape regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Drive innovation sprints with R&D partners across biotech, clean energy, and neurotech sectors
- Present futuristic frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital stakeholders
- Curate the annual 'Future Forward' symposium showcasing 2026-ready innovations
- Mentor emerging talent in futurist methodologies and exponential tech principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with proven 5+ year horizon planning
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, neurotech, or climate-positive AI
- Published thought leadership on technology's societal impact (whitepapers/TED talks)
- Experience scaling exponential tech ventures from prototype to market
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (e.g., APF, WFS)
- Deep understanding of Web3.0, AGI governance frameworks, and circular economy models
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ implemented future-tech initiatives with measurable impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Thinking, or Future Studies
